1. All gemstone and jewelry products listed on Elikza.com undergo laboratory testing and quality verification through authorized testing facilities once they reach our Jaipur processing unit.
2. Each product is accompanied by an authenticity certificate issued by an accredited testing lab to assure transparency, quality, and genuineness.
3. Elikza does not provide or alter certifications independently; certificates are issued directly by third-party labs accredited by relevant authorities.

7. Orders and Payment Terms

1. Orders placed on Elikza.com constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance.
2. Elikza accepts only prepaid orders through secure payment gateways (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available due to fraud prevention, security, and transparency protocols.
4. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
