• Sellers must send products to the Elikza.com warehouse in Jaipur, where packaging and transportation will be handled by the platform.
• Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products reach the warehouse in good condition.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including the collection and remittance of any required taxes.
• Sellers must not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent products.

4. Product Authentication & Certification

• Once the product reaches the Elikza.com warehouse in Jaipur, it will undergo lab testing by an authorized testing lab to verify authenticity and quality.
• A certificate issued by the authorized testing lab will be included with the product when shipped to the customer to ensure reliability and authenticity.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information.
• Buyers must review product details before making a purchase.
• Buyers must follow the return and refund policies outlined by the seller and the platform.

6. Payments & Fees

7. Replacements & Refunds

• Returns are not allowed on any product once sold.
