(“Buyer”) may be eligible for a refund for products purchased on Elikza.com.
By completing a purchase on our platform, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to
be bound by this Policy as part of the overall terms of sale.
As our products are made to order and crafted from
natural stones, Elikza follows a no return policy. Refunds are only
processed under verified conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A Buyer may be eligible for a refund only under the
following circumstances:
- Damaged

the Buyer receives a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery,
they must notify Elikza within 48 hours of receipt.
- The
Buyer must share clear images or videos of the damaged item for
verification.
- The
damage must not be due to improper handling or installation by the Buyer.
- Incorrect
Product Delivered:
- If
the product delivered differs from what was ordered (in design, size, or
color), the Buyer may request a refund or replacement.
- Refunds
will be initiated only if a replacement is unavailable.
- Product
Out of Stock After Purchase:
- In
rare cases where the ordered product becomes unavailable post-payment, a
full refund will be issued to the Buyer’s original mode of payment.
- Replacement
Not Possible:
- If
a product is approved for replacement but an identical item is
unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
3. Ineligible Scenarios for Refund
A refund request will not be accepted under the
following circumstances:
- The
product has been used, installed, or altered after delivery.
- The
issue is based on personal preference (e.g., pattern variation,
shade, or size).
- Natural
variations in color, grain, and texture are part of the uniqueness of
stone products and shall not be considered defects.
- The
request for refund is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The
product is customized, cut-to-size, or personalized as per the
Buyer’s specifications.
- Insufficient
proof (images or videos) is provided for damage verification.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, the Buyer must:
- Email
elikzaofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Mention
the Order ID, Date of Purchase, and Registered Contact
Number.
- Provide
a detailed description of the issue and attach supporting images/videos.
- Elikza’s
Quality Assurance Team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
- Upon
approval, Elikza will initiate the refund and confirm via email.
5. Refund Method and Timelines
- Approved
refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the
time of purchase.
- Refund
initiation will occur within 3–5 working days after approval.
- The
credited amount may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect in the
Buyer’s account, depending on the payment provider.
- The
Buyer will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been
successfully processed.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain verified cases, partial refunds may be issued,
including but not limited to:
- Minor
defects that do not affect product usability.
- Missing
accessories or components.
- Approved
compensation where only part of the product value is impacted.
7. Shipping and Handling Charges
- Shipping
or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an
incorrect or defective product.
- If
pickup or inspection logistics are required, such costs may be deducted
from the refund amount (where applicable).
- Only
the product cost will be refunded unless expressly stated
otherwise.
8. Refunds Related to Cancellations
- If
an order is cancelled by Elikza due to stock unavailability or technical
issues, a full refund will be automatically processed to the Buyer’s
original payment method.
- For
Buyer-initiated cancellations (as per the Cancellation Policy),
applicable refunds will follow the same payment mode and processing
timelines as specified in this Policy.
9. Refund Confirmation
All refund communications will be sent to the Buyer’s registered
email address.
If a refund is not received within the stipulated time, the Buyer should
contact elikzaofficial@gmail.com with relevant transaction details for
prompt resolution.
10. Limitation of Liability
Elikza’s liability under this Policy is limited to the
extent of processing valid refund claims and initiating payments within the
prescribed timelines.
Elikza shall not be responsible for:
- Delays
beyond its control, including those caused by banks, payment gateways, or
financial intermediaries.
- Any
indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from refund delays
or disputes.
11. Amendments to the Policy

the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
