Cancellation policy

1. Introduction

Elikza.com (“Elikza”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is owned and operated by Elikza Stone Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which a customer (“Buyer”) may cancel an order placed on Elikza.com. By purchasing from our platform, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy as part of the overall terms of sale.


2. Eligibility for Cancellation

  1. A Buyer may cancel an order only before the product has been shipped from the Seller’s location or Elikza’s fulfillment facility.
  2. Once the product is marked as “Shipped” or “Dispatched”, the order can no longer be cancelled.
  3. Cancellation requests must be made using one of the following channels:
    • By emailing elikzaofficial@gmail.com with the order ID and registered contact number; or
    • Through the Buyer’s account section on Elikza.com (where the “Cancel Order” option is available).
  4. Elikza will confirm the cancellation status to the Buyer via email after reviewing the order’s fulfillment stage.

3. Refund upon Cancellation

  1. For orders successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the Buyer’s original mode of payment.
  2. Refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  3. Refund timelines may vary based on the Buyer’s payment method or bank policies.
  4. If the payment was made using a third-party payment gateway or wallet, Elikza is not responsible for any delay arising from the intermediary’s processing time.

4. Orders Ineligible for Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  1. The product has already been shipped or handed over to the courier partner.
  2. The product is a custom-made, engraved, or personalized item, already in production at the time of the cancellation request.
  3. The cancellation request is made after the dispatch confirmation has been sent to the Buyer.

5. Cancellations by Elikza

Elikza reserves the right to cancel an order under certain unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors;
  • Incorrect pricing or description due to system or listing error;
  • Non-receipt of complete Buyer details or payment confirmation; or
  • Orders flagged by our security system as potentially fraudulent or non-genuine.

In such cases:

  1. The Buyer will be notified by email of the cancellation and reason.
  2. A full refund will be processed automatically to the Buyer’s original payment method.

6. Partial Cancellations

If an order contains multiple items, the Buyer may request cancellation for specific products (if not shipped). Any applicable refund will correspond only to the value of the cancelled items.


7. Modification of Orders

Currently, modification of product details (such as size, type, or customization) after order confirmation is not permitted. Buyers must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new order with updated specifications.


8. Refund Confirmation

All refund communications will be sent to the Buyer’s registered email address. If the refund is not received within the stipulated period, the Buyer should contact Elikza’s customer support with transaction details for resolution.


9. Limitation of Liability

Elikza’s responsibility under this Policy is limited to processing eligible cancellations and initiating refunds within the prescribed timelines. Elikza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any delay beyond its control, including delays by financial institutions or payment processors.


10. Amendments to the Policy

Elikza Stone Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its discretion. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on Elikza.com. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
